Shipping to Canada
We make every effort to process your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Even during this busy time, we are processing and shipping nearly all orders within 48 hours. All Canadian shipments are sent by Canada Post, UPS or Purolator using Expedited parcel, Ground or Standard service. All packages are insured up to $100 and can be tracked online. Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking information which you can monitor at either ups.com/track, purolator.com or canadapost.ca

We are sorry but we are unable to ship outside of Canada and the United States at this time.
Large Item Shipping
More than 95% of our items qualify for free shipping on orders over $150. However, some heavy and large items that cost so much to ship do not (for example, dollhouses). Each item that doesn't qualify is mentioned clearly on that product page and costs an additional $19.99 CAD to ship.
Returns
We love our toys and want you to love them too! Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason, you are not pleased with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return within 45 days of purchase. The product needs to be in the same condition as you received it and in the original undamaged product packaging.
