Shipping to Canada
We make every effort to process your order as quickly and carefully as possible. All Canadian shipments are sent with a variety of carriers including Purolator, Canada Post, UPS, & Intelcom using Standard or Ground Service. All packages are insured up to $100 and can be tracked online. Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking information.

Shipping to USA
We’re sad to share that we have temporarily suspended shipments to the United States. Recent tariffs and added import costs on toys have made it impossible to ship orders to the USA from Canada at a price that is fair to you.
We really value our U.S. customers and hope to resume shipping as soon as circumstances improve. Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support.
International Shipping
We are sorry but we are unable to ship outside of Canada at this time.
Large Item Shipping
More than 95% of our items qualify for free shipping on orders over $150. However, some heavy and large items that cost so much to ship do not (for example, dollhouses). Each item that doesn't qualify is mentioned clearly on that product page and costs an additional $19.99 CAD to ship.
Returns
We love our toys and want you to love them too! Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason, you are not pleased with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return within 45 days of purchase. The product needs to be in the same condition as you received it and in the original undamaged product packaging.
