We love our toys and want you to love them too! Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason, you are not pleased with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return within 45 days of purchase. The product needs to be in the same condition as you received it and in the original undamaged product packaging.

Web Store Returns

For items you purchased: We will issue a full refund to the credit card used at purchase. 

For items you receive as a gift: We will issue a store credit in the form of an electronic gift card.

For items that are defective or damaged: Please contact us at support@dillydallykids.ca or call 1-888-881-8954 or in Vancouver 604-252-9727 everyday from 10-6pm PST so we can figure out what went wrong and solve the problem!

Vancouver Shop In Store Returns

We are happy to issue a full refund for online or in store purchases at our Vancouver store location at 1161 Commercial Dr in Vancouver, Canada with your purchase receipt or online order number within 45 days of purchase. The item(s) must be in the same condition you purchased them in and in the original undamaged packaging. Items returned with a gift receipt will be given store credit for the value of the returned items.
