Can I get points on a previous purchase?
With the launch of the Dilly Dally Rewards program, we will be retroactively giving 1 point per $1 spent since January 1st, 2022 and placing you in the appropriate tier.
How do I get rewarded if I've already joined your newsletter?
Anyone who has joined our newsletter and is an active member of our email list will automatically be rewarded 50 points.
Does my reward tier or points ever expire?
No, your reward tier and points never expire. Once you reach a tier, you will never be downgraded, or lose out on points to redeem for a reward.
What happens to my points when I make a return?
Points are deducted for the value of the item(s) returned. For example, if you returned a $30 toy then 30 points would automatically be deducted from your account.
Will you share or sell my personal information?
100%, no, no, no! We keep our customer list secure and would never sell or share it with anyone.
