No, your reward tier and points never expire. Once you reach a tier, you will never be downgraded, or lose out on points to redeem for a reward.
What happens to my points when I make a return?
Points are deducted for the value of the item(s) returned. For example, if you returned a $30 toy then 30 points would automatically be deducted from your account.
Will you share or sell my personal information?
