Board Games, Card Games & More
Whether it's playing checkers on a rainy day or hopscotch at the playground, kids love to pass the time with games. Just don't tell them that while they're giggling away and having fun, they are also improving their hand-eye coordination and perseverance, and practicing self-control as they follow the agreed upon rules (even when they don't want to!) Strategy games encourage creative thinking and problem solving, cooperative games promote team work and all games improve social skills as kids engage with one and other. Bring on family games night and try not to pout when your kid beats you fair and square!
