Great for makers, science enthusieasts, creators, and tinkerers, this kit is perfect for growing knowledge of robotics, levers and simple machines, fluid dynamics, engineering and invention (plus, it's a lot of fun!). Use hydraulics to throw the soft clay (included) three different way, with different trajectories depending on how the swing arm is pushed with the syringe. Infinite numbers of possibilities and hours of fun not just builidng, but also playing with the hydrapult. Pathfinders kits are designed by Derek Wulff - a chief educator based out of Vancouver Island. All the kits are made from untreated wood and recyclable materials that use local resources and production as much as possible - and of course they're 100% safe. They're contanstly being tested in schools to make sure they are engaging, fun, and follow teachers cirriculum, and as they say on their website - "so far so good!"
