best use of cardboard ever

Wow! We are completely smitten with LA based artist, Ana Serrano. She makes amazing cardboard creations of whimsy that make us want to get out our scissors and paints and transform every bit of dreary brown cardboard we come across.

Here are some of her delights.

This is “Cartonlandia” – a fantasy cardboard land of bright colours and incredible detail. It’s 62 × 48 × 54 inches – pretty serious dedication to the art of cardboard!

These next photos are from her “Buildings” project. So fun!

We love it! Nothing like taking the mundane and making it incredible.
