I can Fly Golden Book

Remember Golden Books? They’re still awesome. For the price of a greeting card, you get a lovely little story with beautiful art and that great little gold foil spine that shimmers in the light (calling all bookworm magpies!). This is one of our favourites, I Can Fly by Ruth Krauss. Published in 1951, this book follows a plucky little girl as she delightfully pretends to be a camel, a fish, a cat and many other animals.

A quintessential dilly dallier, she reminds us to play each and every day.
