1 Year Olds

This is the age when little ones really start developing their gross motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Look for toys that keep your one year-old moving, such as scooters and push and pull toys, and toys that encourage language and brain development, such as stacking towers, shape sorters, and alphabet blocks. At the end of the day slow things down with bath time and a cherished story, while they cuddle up with their constant friend in this ever changing world: their favourite doll or stuffie.
